  • 2 large eggs beaten
  • 1 cup Panko breadcrumbs
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil for drizzling

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a bowl, mix the Panko breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • In another bowl, beat the eggs.
  • Dip each chicken tender in the eggs, then coat it with the breadcrumb mixture.
  • Place the coated chicken tenders on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Drizzle olive oil over the top of the chicken tenders.

Cooking

  • Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the tenders are golden brown and cooked through, flipping them halfway.

Serving

  • Serve with rice and enjoy!
