Preparation

  • In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat and brown the chicken thighs on both sides.
  • Remove the chicken and set it aside.
  • In the same skillet, add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
  • Pour in chicken broth and scrape up any browned bits from the bottom of the pan.

Cooking

  • Return the chicken to the skillet and transfer it to the oven.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
