Ingredients
  

Dough Ingredients

  • 4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup milk Make sure it's warm, not hot.
  • ½ cup sugar
  • ¼ cup butter, melted
  • 2 teaspoons active dry yeast
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon

Filling and Glaze Ingredients

  • ½ cup Biscoff spread
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons cream cheese
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
 

Dough Preparation

  • In a bowl, combine warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
  • Add melted butter, flour, and salt. Mix until a dough forms.
  • Knead the dough for 5-7 minutes until smooth. Let it rise for 1 hour.

Assembling Rolls

  • Roll out the dough into a rectangle.
  • Spread Biscoff evenly over the surface.
  • Sprinkle cinnamon on top of the Biscoff layer.
  • Roll the dough tightly and slice into rolls.

Final Preparation

  • Place rolls in a greased baking dish and let rise for 30 minutes.
  • Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25-30 minutes.

Making the Glaze

  • Mix powdered sugar, cream cheese, and vanilla to make the glaze.
  • Drizzle the glaze over warm rolls before serving.

Notes

These rolls are best served warm right out of the oven. Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 days or refrigerate for up to a week. Reheat before serving.
