  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce Omit for a vegetarian option and add extra vegetables.
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil

Cooking

  • Cook Lo Mein noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  • Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.
  • Add mixed vegetables and cook until tender, about 3-4 minutes.
  • Toss in the cooked noodles and stir in soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil.
  • Stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes until everything is heated through.
  • Garnish with chopped green onions and serve immediately.

Notes

This Lo Mein is best served hot and can be paired with protein like chicken, shrimp, or tofu. A sprinkle of sesame seeds can enhance flavor.
