  • ½ cup Cheese (such as feta or goat cheese) Crumble cheese over the salad.

Dressing

  • ¼ cup Olive oil Extra virgin olive oil is recommended.
  • 2 tablespoons Balsamic vinegar Adjust the quantity to taste.
  • to taste Salt and pepper Use freshly cracked pepper for best flavor.

Preparation

  • Wash and prepare the hearty greens and place them in a large salad bowl.
  • Prepare the seasonal vegetables by roasting or chopping them into bite-sized pieces.
  • Add the fruits to the bowl for sweetness.

Dressing

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge, keeping the dressing separate to avoid sogginess.
