Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine the mashed sweet potatoes, brown sugar, melted butter, milk, vanilla extract, salt, and cinnamon. Mix until smooth.
  • Transfer the sweet potato mixture to a greased baking dish.
  • In a separate bowl, mix the pecans with maple syrup. Sprinkle the pecan mixture over the sweet potato layer.
  • Top with mini marshmallows.

Baking

  • Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the marshmallows are golden brown.
