Cooking

  • Flip the steak bites and add garlic and butter to the skillet.
  • Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the steak is cooked to your desired level of doneness.

  • Serve hot over mashed potatoes, rice, or alongside roasted veggies.

Notes

For extra flavor, marinate the steak for a few hours before cooking. Use a cast-iron skillet for best results. Don't overcrowd the pan; cook in batches if necessary to ensure even browning. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
