  • 8 oz ramen noodles Instant ramen can be used; adjust cooking time as needed.

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb beef (sliced thin) Use tender cuts like ribeye or sirloin.
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce Adjust to taste.
  • 1 tbsp chili paste Customize spiciness according to preference.
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 green onions (sliced) For garnish.
  • 1 cup bok choy Can substitute with other greens.
  • 1 egg soft boiled Cooking method as desired for soft.
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

Cooking

  • Heat sesame oil in a pot over medium heat.
  • Add sliced beef and cook until browned.
  • Stir in soy sauce and chili paste, cooking for another minute.
  • Pour in the beef broth and bring to a boil.
  • Add ramen noodles and cook according to package instructions.
  • In the last few minutes, add bok choy.
  • Serve the ramen in bowls, topped with soft boiled egg and green onions.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Notes

For added flavor, top with extra chili paste or sesame seeds. Store leftovers in an airtight container, keeping noodles separate from broth to prevent sogginess.
