  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Preparation

  • In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, black pepper, and salt to create a marinade.
  • Add the steak pieces to the marinade, ensuring they are well-coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or overnight for better flavor.

Cooking

  • Preheat a skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Remove steak from the marinade, letting excess drip off.
  • Place the steak bites in the hot skillet and sear for about 3-4 minutes on each side or until desired doneness is achieved.
  • Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.

Notes
