  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce Adjust to taste for saltiness.
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce Adjust based on preference.
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch Used for marinating the beef.
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil For cooking.
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 teaspoon ginger (minced)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooked rice (for serving) For a complete meal.

Instructions
 

Marinate the Beef

  • In a bowl, combine sliced beef with soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch. Let it marinate for about 15 minutes.

Cook the Beef

  • Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  • Add minced garlic and ginger, stir-frying for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  • Add the marinated beef to the skillet, cooking until browned and cooked through.

Add Broccoli

  • Stir in broccoli florets and a splash of water, cover the skillet, and steam for about 3-4 minutes until broccoli is tender but still crisp.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Serve

  • Serve hot over cooked rice.

Notes

Let leftovers cool completely before transferring them to an airtight container. Store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 2 months. Tips: Add other vegetables like bell peppers or snap peas for extra flavor and nutrition. Adjust sauces to your taste.
