Toppings

  • 1 each avocado, diced For creaminess.
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce Romaine or iceberg lettuce.
  • ½ cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend) Optional for added flavor.
  • ¼ cup salsa Choose your preferred heat level.

Dressing and Seasoning

  • 1 tbsp olive oil For tossing the ingredients.
  • 1 tsp cumin Adds earthiness.
  • 1 tsp chili powder Adjust according to spice level preference.

Preparation

  • In a large bowl, combine cooked rice, black beans, corn, and diced tomatoes.
