  • 1 orange Juice of Freshly squeezed is best.
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper

Main ingredients

  • 4 fillets Mahi-Mahi Firm white fish.
  • Fresh herbs (like cilantro or parsley) For garnish.

Preparation

  • Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  • In a bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lime juice, orange juice, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • Marinate the Mahi-Mahi fillets in the mixture for at least 30 minutes.

Cooking

  • Grill the fillets for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until cooked through and flaky.
  • Remove from grill and garnish with fresh herbs before serving.

Notes

Make sure to marinate the fish for at least 30 minutes to maximize flavor. You can use other firm white fish if Mahi-Mahi is not available. Adjust the seasoning according to your taste; feel free to experiment with spices or additional herbs. For a spicy kick, add some diced jalapeƱo to the marinade or sprinkle red pepper flakes on the fillets before grilling. Try grilling pineapples alongside the fish for a sweet contrast.
