  • In a mixing bowl, combine honey and Dijon mustard. Whisk for about 1-2 minutes until smooth and glossy.
  • Finely chop the jalapenos and stir them into the honey and mustard mixture until evenly distributed.
  • Pour in the apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, and salt. Mix thoroughly for another 1-2 minutes.
  • Taste and adjust the sauce for sweetness, heat, and tang as preferred.
  • Transfer the sauce into an airtight container and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  • Stir before serving and enjoy it with your favorite dishes.

Notes

For a milder sauce, remove all the seeds from the jalapenos. For extra heat, leave some seeds in or add more jalapenos. Adjust sweetness with more honey or vinegar based on taste. It pairs beautifully with grilled chicken, burgers, or roasted vegetables.
