  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup Substitute with cream of chicken soup for a different flavor.
  • ½ cup milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste Adjust according to preference.

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a skillet, cook the ground beef and onion over medium heat until the meat is browned. Drain excess grease.
  • In a bowl, mix together the cream of mushroom soup and milk until smooth. Add this mixture to the cooked meat and stir to combine.

Assembly and Baking

  • In a greased baking dish, spread the beef mixture evenly.
  • Top with a layer of tater tots and sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 30-35 minutes or until the tater tots are crispy and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes.

Notes
