Preparation

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt and peanut butter. If desired, add honey or maple syrup to sweeten. Mix until smooth and well blended.
  • If using, fold in dark chocolate chips or chopped nuts.
  • Spoon the mixture into silicone molds or ice cube trays, and smooth the tops.
  • Place in the freezer and allow to freeze for at least 2-4 hours, or until solid.

Serving

  • Once frozen, pop the bites out of the molds and store them in a sealed container in the freezer. Enjoy as a quick snack!

Notes
