Instructions
 

Cooking

  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  • Add ground turkey and cook until browned, about 5–7 minutes.
  • Stir in garlic and ginger; sauté for 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
  • Add bell pepper and broccoli, cooking until tender, about 5 minutes.
  • Pour in soy sauce and sesame oil, and mix well.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Serve hot over cooked rice or noodles.

Notes

This dish pairs well with a side of fresh salad or pickled vegetables. Add red pepper flakes or hot sauce for extra heat!
