  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

  • In a pot, combine beef broth, sliced onion, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Bring to a simmer.

Cooking

  • Heat the sliced roast beef in a skillet until warm.
  • Cut rolls in half and place a portion of beef on each half.
  • If desired, top with cheese and allow to melt under a broiler.
  • Serve the sandwiches with bowls of warm au jus for dipping.

Notes
