Notes

These cookies are best served warm, straight from the oven, but they also taste great at room temperature. Pair them with a glass of milk or a scoop of vanilla ice cream for an extra treat. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for about a week or freeze for up to three months with parchment paper between layers to prevent sticking.
