Ingredients

Pasta

  • 12 oz ziti pasta

Meat and Sauce

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

Preparation

  • Cook the ziti pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  • Add the ground beef, salt, and pepper, cooking until browned and cooked through.

Sauce

  • Reduce the heat and pour in the heavy cream, stirring to combine.
  • Stir in the Parmesan cheese and let the sauce simmer until thickened.
  • Add the cooked ziti pasta to the sauce and mix until well coated.

Serving

  • Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley.

Notes

Be careful not to overcook the pasta; it should be al dente. For a richer flavor, you can add mushrooms or spinach to the beef while it’s cooking. Make sure to stir the sauce frequently while it simmers to prevent sticking. To store leftovers, let the dish cool completely, then transfer to an airtight container. It will last for about 3-4 days.
