Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Grease a 9x13 inch baking pan.
  • Melt the butter in a saucepan over low heat.
  • Remove the pan from heat and stir in the sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract until fully combined.
  • In a separate bowl, mix together the flour, cocoa powder, coffee granules, and salt.
  • Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing until well incorporated.
  • Fold in the chocolate chips gently.
  • Pour the batter into the prepared pan, spreading it evenly.

Baking

  • Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  • Let the brownies cool before cutting them into squares.

Notes
