Circus Animal Cookie Dessert

- ½ cup milk (optional, for cookie layer) Use if desired for softening cookies.
Instructions
Preparation
- In a large bowl, mix the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Gently fold in the whipped cream and vanilla extract until combined.
- In a serving dish or trifle bowl, layer half of the circus animal cookies at the bottom.
- Pour a layer of the cream cheese mixture over the cookies.
- Add a layer of sprinkles.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining cookies and cream mixture.
- Top with additional sprinkles.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
