  • ½ cup melted butter

  • 1 cup boiling water Pour over the batter without stirring.

Preparation

  • In a bowl, mix the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
  • Add the milk and melted butter to the dry ingredients and stir until combined.

  • Pour boiling water over the batter without stirring.

Baking

  • Bake for 30-35 minutes until the top is set and the center is soft.
  • Let cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes
