Ingredients
  

Bread and Butter

  • 1 loaf crusty bread
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter Softened
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

Cheese Filling

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Slice the top off the loaf of bread and hollow out the inside to create bowls, reserving some of the bread for dipping.

Making Garlic Butter

  • In a small bowl, mix the softened butter and minced garlic. Spread the garlic butter mixture inside and on top of the bread bowls.

Cheese Filling

  • In another bowl, combine the mozzarella cheese, cheddar cheese, chopped parsley, salt, and pepper.
  • Fill the hollowed bread bowls with the cheese mixture.

Baking

  • Place the filled bread bowls on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and the bread is golden brown.
  • Serve warm and enjoy your deliciously cheesy garlic bread bowls!

Notes

For best taste, serve these garlic bread bowls hot out of the oven. Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to three days or freeze for up to a month.
