  • 4 cups Lettuce Chopped
  • 2 medium Tomatoes Diced
  • 1 medium Onion Sliced
  • 1 cup Pickles Sliced
  • 1 cup Cheese (cheddar or American) Shredded
  • ¼ cup Ketchup
  • 2 tbsp Mustard
  • 2 tbsp Barbecue sauce
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • ½ tsp Pepper

Preparation

  • Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned and cooked through. Season with salt and pepper.
  • If using, toast the burger buns and cut them into crouton-sized pieces.

Assembly

  • In a bowl, layer the cooked beef as the base.
  • Top with chopped lettuce, diced tomatoes, sliced onions, and pickles.
  • Sprinkle cheese on top and drizzle with ketchup, mustard, and barbecue sauce.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

For extra flavor, consider adding spices like garlic powder or onion powder to the ground beef while cooking. If you're looking for a lighter option, swap ground beef for turkey or a plant-based alternative. You can also get creative with toppings!
