Preparation

  • In a large bowl, combine the cake mix, eggs, and water. Mix until smooth and pour into the baking dish.

Baking

  • Bake according to package directions until a toothpick comes out clean.
  • Allow the cake to cool for 10 minutes, then poke holes across the surface using a fork.

Gelatin Preparation

  • Prepare the berry-flavored gelatin according to package instructions, then pour over the cake, allowing it to seep into the holes.
  • Refrigerate the cake for at least 2 hours to set.

Serving

  • Once set, top with whipped cream and decorate with mixed berries and mint leaves.
  • Slice and serve chilled.

Notes
