  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (e.g., cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 6 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled

Preparation

  • Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  • In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
  • Add the chicken to the skillet and cook until browned on both sides and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes per side.
  • Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.

Cooking

  • In the same skillet, lower the heat and add the ranch seasoning mix and heavy cream. Stir well to combine and bring to a gentle simmer.
  • Add the shredded cheese and stir until melted and smooth.
  • Return the chicken to the skillet, coating it in the sauce, and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  • Top with crumbled bacon and garnish as desired.

Serving

  • Serve hot with mashed potatoes, rice, or roasted vegetables.

Notes

To store leftovers, let the chicken cool completely. Place it in an airtight container and refrigerate for up to 3 days. You can also freeze it for up to a month, but it’s best enjoyed fresh. Feel free to adjust the seasonings to match your taste, use different types of cheese, and add veggies for extra nutrition.
