Ingredients
  

For the crust

  • 2 cups animal cookies Crushed into fine crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted

For the filling

  • 2 cups cream cheese, softened Make sure it is at room temperature
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy cream Whipped to soft peaks
  • ½ cup animal cookies for topping

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
  • In a food processor, crush the animal cookies into fine crumbs.
  • Combine the crumbs with melted butter and press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust.
  • In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
  • Gradually add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
  • In another bowl, whip the heavy cream to soft peaks, then gently fold it into the cream cheese mixture.
  • Pour the cream cheese filling over the crust and smooth the top.
  • Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
  • Once set, top with additional animal cookies before serving.
